Terms of Service

Last updated 20 August 2026 · Effective 20 August 2026

The short version. WorkRadius shows you jobs near you. We are not an employer, a recruiter, or a staffing agency — we do not make hiring decisions and we are not part of your employment relationship. Be honest in what you post, do not misuse other people's information, and if we charge you, you can cancel any time.

1. Agreement

These Terms are a contract between you and WorkRadius. By creating an account or using workradius.co, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business, and "you" means the business.

2. What WorkRadius is — and is not

WorkRadius is a listings and introductions platform. We display job openings on a map and let people apply or make contact.

We are not:

We do not guarantee that any listing is current, accurate, lawful, or that any position exists. We do not vet employers or applicants beyond the limited checks described in §7. Hiring decisions, wages, working conditions and everything that follows are between the employer and the worker.

3. Eligibility

4. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly at hello@workradius.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, and will normally explain why unless doing so would create a legal or safety problem.

5. Rules for everyone

Do not:

6. If you are an employer

You additionally agree that:

Misuse of applicant data is the fastest way to lose your account.

Your phone number

A working phone number is required before your first job posting goes live. This is not optional and it is not decoration. Fake employers are the most damaging thing that can happen on a job board — a fraudulent posting collects real people's names, addresses, phone numbers and résumés — and requiring a reachable number is one of the cheapest honest defenses we have.

By providing it you agree that we may call and text you about your account, your postings, billing, support, and how you are getting on with WorkRadius, including conversations about our paid plans. We do not use automated dialing systems, pre-recorded messages, or marketing texts. You can tell us to stop at any time — reply STOP to a text, say so on a call, or email hello@workradius.co — and we will still contact you about things required to run your account, such as a billing failure or a security problem. The Privacy Policy sets this out in full.

Give us a number that reaches you. A posting backed by a dead number may be removed.

7. Verification badges — what they mean

We show badges to indicate we checked something. Each means exactly what it says and nothing more.

BadgeWhat we actually verified
✓ Verified memberThe person confirmed control of both an email address and a phone number. Phone confirmation by code is not switched on yet, so this badge is not currently being issued to anyone — we would rather show no badge than one nobody earned.
✓ LinkedIn connectedThe person signed in with a LinkedIn account. It does not verify their job titles or work history — LinkedIn does not provide that to us.
✓ Verified businessThe business completed its profile (website, category, address) and holds a paid plan. It is not a check of company registration, licenses or insurance.

Badges are signals, not guarantees. Do your own diligence before accepting work or hiring someone.

8. Listings from other sites

Most listings are collected from employers' own public career pages. Those belong to the employer, and applying takes you to their site under their terms. We do not control their content, cannot guarantee accuracy or availability, and are not responsible for what happens after you leave.

Employers who would prefer their listings not appear may email hello@workradius.co and we will remove them.

9. Paid plans and billing

10. Referral program

Where we offer a referral reward:

11. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post — your profile, résumé, postings and messages.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and transmit that content solely to operate the service — for example, showing your posting on the map or delivering your application to an employer. This license ends when you delete the content, except for copies already delivered to another user and reasonable backups.

You confirm you have the right to post what you post.

12. Our content

The WorkRadius name, design, software and compiled data are ours and are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service — nothing more. Company names and logos shown belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

13. Availability

We try to keep WorkRadius running, but it is provided as-is and may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed. We may add, alter or remove features. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT LISTINGS ARE ACCURATE OR CURRENT, THAT YOU WILL FIND WORK OR FIND A CANDIDATE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case they may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKRADIUS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST WAGES, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOST DATA.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS.

In particular, we are not liable for the conduct of any employer or job seeker, for any hiring decision, for unpaid wages, or for anything arising from an employment relationship formed through the service.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify WorkRadius against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

17. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before filing anything, please email hello@workradius.co — most problems are faster to fix than to litigate, and we would rather fix them.

If that fails, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents either side from seeking relief in small claims court.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the product at least 14 days before taking effect, and continuing to use WorkRadius after that means you accept them. If you do not, delete your account.

19. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms; we may, in connection with a merger or sale, with notice. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us.
